Q. Firstly, introduce yourself – name, nickname, where you were born, how old you are, where you live, what your job is or what you study.

A. Mel Greenland. Hi, I’d like to say I’m not really a new member – I’ve been subscribing to the LVG for 8 or 9 years now, but my membership lapsed when they didn’t update my address in September 2006. Anyway I’m glad to be receiving the Chronicles again – Thanks! I was born in Brighton in 1976 (the heat wave summer) but now I live in Burgess Hill, W.Sussex. I work as a conference coordinator in Brighton.

Q. What do you do in your spare time? What are you passionate about?

A. Music, gigs, getting drunk, watch UFC on a weekly basis. Playing Top Trumps well pissed Walking our dog, Chaos Collecting Vampire books and films

Q. What is your most treasured possession?

A. My Nightmare Before Christmas collection My Vampire collection – books, films, memorabilia etc

Q. Which living person would you most like to meet?

A. Travis Fimmel (Sex God)

Q. Name your top three bands

A. The Enchanted, Blood Bath, Dogs D’Amour

Q. Name your top three movies

A. Nightmare Before Christmas, Airheads, Troy

Q. What is the most important book you have read? (can be non-vampire)

A. The God Delusion – Richard Dawkins

Q. Which is your favourite horror/vampire book?

A. The Necroscope Series – Brian Lumley

Q. Do you think vampires are real? Explain.

A. NO! But it would be cool if they were.

Q. What were your reasons for joining the London Vampyre Group? What do you want to get out of being a member?

A. I originally joined years ago for the magazine, lost contact after my move last year and re-subscribed for the same reason!

Q. What is the most important thing life has taught you?

A. Never ever, bloody anything, ever!
